What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 14-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please send us a photo within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent plants from sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
Do you provide care instructions with orders?
Yes, every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light, water, and humidity requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to make further changes.
